WTF Wednesday: Firming Your Figure (1981)

This week’s focus is Firming Your Figure, the Consumer Guide from 1981 filled with 96 pages of a woman in Adidas jogging shorts over panty hose (sometimes legwarmers) demonstrating 7 days of exercises designed to give you the best figure you’ve ever had. 

This glorious magazine was sent to me by my friend Allison from Robin Egg Surprise Vintage.
